Mary Hunt Love Education Foundation Donation

 

 

Thank you to the Mary Hunt Love Education Foundation Inc. for their generous donation to the Literacy Coalition. On Saturday, May 21 the second annual Dare to Dream Gospel Concert Extravaganza was held at the Courtyard Marriott in Boynton Beach to honor the late Mary Hunt Love. Mary had a dream that one day she would be able to read and write just like everyone else around her. She once was ridiculed by a teacher who told her she would never become anything because of her challenges in reading. She was determined to accomplish her goal. During her studies through the Literacy Coalition she has inspired many to never give up on their dreams. She ended up being able to read her bible and no longer needed to call on her children for help. She also enjoyed being able to write letters and holiday cards. The Literacy Coalition, the PBC Library and her tutor Ann Tellerman were thanked for being part of Mary’s dream.
