Gifts of Paid-Up Life Insurance Policies
If you have a fully paid life insurance policy which you no longer need, consider donating it to the Literacy Coalition. Your gift may qualify for a tax deduction and will continue opening doors through literacy for years to come.
Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
If you’re 70½ or older, you can make a direct gift from your IRA — up to $108,000 per year without paying income tax. A QCD counts toward your required minimum distribution (RMD) and directly supports literacy programs in our community.
