Join the Literacy Coalition to volunteer to read with students
Volunteers read one-to-one with kindergarten school students at nine (9) local schools throughout the county. The Literacy Coalition has selected books and created activities for volunteers and students to share together each session. The students get to take home the books and activities.

Consider Being a Sponsor of Read with Me!
Sponsorship Includes: Books with co-branded sponsor sticker, a literacy kit and supplies for each student, as well as sponsor materials and an opportunity to thank the volunteers. Some of our featured books are: The Little Engine That Could by Watty Piper, After the Fall by Dan Santat, Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney, Frog on a Log? by Kes Gray & Jim Field, Not Norman: A Goldfish Story by Kelly Bennett, Strictly No Elephants by Lisa Mantchev, Thank you, Omu by Oge Mora, The Incredible Book Eating Boy by Oliver Jeffers, Nigel and the Moon by Antwan Eady and Who Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up? by Paula Faris.
